For issuers

Cost

Issuers pay no fees, only a little gas: the creation transaction itself (about 0.0001 BNB) and launch gas prepaid to the launch wallet (about 0.001 BNB, skipped when the wallet already holds enough). Neither Samefirst nor Flap charges issuers; the 2% fee is paid by subscribers and goes to the Samefirst DAO.

What you fill in

FieldNotes
Token infoName, symbol, logo (required), description, website, X, Telegram. As on Flap, the logo and description are uploaded to Flap and pinned on IPFS.
Token typeTax token (address ends in 7777) or plain token (ends in 8888, no tax).
Tax ratesBuy and sell tax, 0–10% each (Flap's limit, checked when the round is created), not both 0. The buy tax also applies to the round's collective buy.
Tax recipientWho gets the "project funds" share of the tax (Flap's creator share), one of seven: Samefirst DAO (the default: all of it), Round subscribers + DAO, An X account, An address I choose, Several addresses (Flap's official Split Vault, BNB pools only for now), Another Flap vault (one of the official or registered vaults), Custom vault factory (any vault factory address; the site builds the form from its on-chain description). With "Round subscribers + DAO": the tax goes to this round's own splitter contract, subscribers get the share you set (1–80%, 50% by default) and the rest goes to the DAO (see For subscribers). Or pick "An X account": its owner gets at most 80%, the rest goes to the DAO, and everything goes to the DAO if the owner doesn't claim within 7 days (see Rules).
PoolBNB by default; or a pool Flap supports (USD1, USDT, stock tokens and so on); or paste another token Flap has opened (a custom pool token). Non-BNB pools are launched by the platform, see Rules.
Slippage capNon-BNB pools only; 1%–5%, 3% by default: the least amount out the platform signs is at most this much below its recent quotes.
Curve progress after launch10%–100%; sets the raise target. See Rules & fees.
Per-person min / maxRange per Agent ID (at least 0.001 BNB); equal values mean identical shares.

The token's address is chosen at launch: whoever launches finds a few salts that make it end in 7777 / 8888 and the token is created in that same transaction with the first one still free, so nothing has to be locked in advance. If someone copies all the candidates from the pending transaction and uses them first, that launch simply fails with nothing changed and is retried with new ones (the keeper sends 4, privately where it can). The round's own address is known before it is created: the token's default website links to the round page, and tax to the DAO uses the round's splitter, computed from it.

Who can join

The create page has a "Verification" section. Pick one or more methods; meeting any one of them is enough to subscribe (one share per identity):

  • Binance Agent ID (default): one share per Agent ID; a bound wallet counts under its ID.
  • BABT: addresses holding the Binance Account Bound Token, one share per address.
  • Token holders: enter a token address and a minimum balance. Either "check balance at subscription" (checked on-chain each time someone subscribes), or "snapshot": pick a block, and the platform reads every holder at or above the threshold at that block into a whitelist batch (selling later doesn't affect eligibility). A snapshot needs the token's full transfer history, so very old tokens may not be supported; in that case upload an address list yourself.
  • Issuer whitelist: only Agent IDs or ordinary addresses on the list can subscribe.
    • Opening time: open right away, or prepare for 1, 3 or 7 days first (default 7). While preparing, the round's page is up for promotion but no one can subscribe; you can change the whitelist and blacklist freely, open early or cancel. It opens by itself on time.
    • Whitelist: paste or upload Agent ID names or ordinary addresses (an address holding an Agent ID counts as that ID; any other address counts as itself), up to 50,000 per batch, and press "Check list" to see the valid count and anything not recognised. While preparing it can stay empty and be filled batch by batch under "Issuer tools" on the round page. Once open, it can only grow; the full list goes public on IPFS once a round uses it.
    • Open to all: if subscriptions are slow, open the round to every address with one click; this can't be undone.
  • Open to every address: any address can subscribe, one share per address. Note that this doesn't stop one person using many wallets.

On someone's first subscription, the contract settles their identity in the order above (for example Agent ID first, then the whitelist); top-ups, exits and claims all use that same identity afterwards.

Launch wallet: each issuer has a fixed, platform-managed launch address. For the first 10 minutes after a round fills, only this address can trigger the launch, and it sends the launch transaction. Creating a round prepays it a little gas (at most 0.01 BNB, usually 0.001 BNB), skipped when its balance is already enough. After 10 minutes anyone can trigger the launch.

  • Round blacklist (optional): Agent IDs or addresses that may not subscribe, up to 500 at creation. Add more under "Issuer tools"; removals are free while preparing, and once open each person can be taken off at most once (the multisig can change this number). Blocking an Agent ID also blocks the wallet bound to it; people already in are unaffected.

The creating address, or any wallet bound to your Agent ID, can do all of this.

Project info

A round's page has a "Project info" block: community links, a contact, announcements. It shows only on samefirst.com and can change any time (also after launch): your wallet signs a text, no gas; every version stays public. If you launched from an Agentic Wallet, bind a regular wallet first. It's your own word and Samefirst doesn't check it; if it carries phishing links or the like, the operators hide it and say why.

Addresses on the platform blacklist can't start a round, and names the platform bans can't be used.

After creation

  • Everything is locked: you can't change or cancel the round.
  • There's no start or end time; it launches when full, and the keeper launches it immediately.
  • If you want to subscribe too, use your own Agent ID like everyone else. There are no special rights.

Choosing a progress

  • 50%–75%: real people hold 40%–60% of supply and there's still room for the market before graduation. Recommended.
  • Below 30%: real people hold only a small share, so the "real people" story is weak.
  • Above 80%: little upside for subscribers and heavy selling pressure afterwards.
  • 100%: graduates at launch straight to PancakeSwap. Allowed, but subscribers can only profit from new buyers on the DEX.
