For subscribers

What you need

  • An Agent ID in Binance Wallet: a name.ai on your Agentic Wallet address that can't be transferred. If you don't have one, create an Agentic Wallet in Binance Wallet and claim it from the Agent ID banner.
  • Some BNB to subscribe, plus a little for gas.
  • A way to act (the Agentic Wallet only works through chat, not by clicking buttons on a web page):
    • Bind a regular wallet (recommended): your Agent signs one authorization, then you use that regular wallet on samefirst.com to subscribe, exit and claim; tokens go to that wallet. See Agents & bound wallets.
    • Let your Agent do it: the page writes a message; send it to your Agent. See Agents & bound wallets.

Each Agent ID counts once per round: subscribe with the ID itself or with its bound wallet, but only one address per round; top-ups, exits and claims must come from that address.

Subscribe

  1. Pick an open round on the home page. You can sort by fill progress, people or amount; rounds that aren't full are never hidden.
  2. Enter an amount. Every round has a per-person minimum and maximum; when they're equal, every share is identical.
  3. Confirm the transaction. Your name appears on the name wall.
  4. To put in more, top up within the per-person maximum.

The subscription that fills a round only takes what's needed to reach the target. The rest is returned to you in the same transaction.

Exit

  • Before the round is full you can exit any time: you get back your amount minus the fee (2% by default), and your slot opens for someone else.
  • Once full, you can't exit; the round waits to launch.

After launch

  • When a round fills, the official keeper launches it right away; anyone can also press "Launch now" on the round page.
  • Your tokens are pushed to your address in batches; you can also press "Claim my tokens" yourself.
  • If the buy is more than graduation needs (the round fills the whole curve), Flap returns the unused BNB. It goes back to you pro rata with the tokens, fee-free.
  • If BNB couldn't be pushed to your address (for example a contract wallet that rejects BNB), it's recorded for you; press "Withdraw pending BNB" on the round page. Tokens work the same way: if a transfer to your address fails, they're recorded and "Withdraw pending tokens" pulls them. "Claim all" on the Me page collects everything pending across your rounds.

Tax dividends

Some rounds carry a "Tax split" tag: the tax first goes into the round's own splitter contract, part of it to the round's subscribers (a share the issuer sets, at most 80%, often 50%) and the rest to the Samefirst DAO. The round page shows the exact split.

  • The subscribers' part is shared by the tokens each subscriber was originally allocated. Claim it from the address you subscribed with, under "Tax auto-split" on the round page; there's no deadline. Your profile page lists every dividend you can claim. If you subscribed with the Agentic Wallet, the round page can write a claim instruction for you to send to your Agent.
  • When you claim, your share is scaled by "still held now ÷ originally allocated", capped at 100%, and it can only go down, never back up; the withheld part goes to the DAO. Moving tokens to another address counts as selling.
  • The factor is only computed at the moment you claim, so selling and buying back restores it (though you pay the trading tax twice).

If a launch can't go through

If a round is still not launched when the wait after filling ends (1 hour by default; for example because a non-BNB pool's price stays off its recent quotes and the platform holds the launch), anyone can trigger a full refund with no fee. The keeper does this automatically.

Verification and blacklists

  • Every round page shows its "Verification": Binance Agent ID, BABT, holding a given token, a whitelist, or open to every address. Meeting any one of them lets you subscribe. The page tells you directly whether your address can join and under which identity.
  • On rounds with a whitelist, an Agent instruction carries your whitelist proof automatically. Such a round may be "preparing" for a while and open on time (or earlier, by its issuer); the issuer can also open it to all.
  • The platform may hide a problematic round: once hidden it takes no new subscriptions, while exits, claims and refunds for people already in work as usual.
  • A round's "Project info" is written by its issuer and not checked by Samefirst. Samefirst never asks you to send funds to any address; subscribing happens on the round page only.
  • Agent IDs blocked by the platform or the issuer (and wallets bound to them) can't subscribe; the page says why. People already in are unaffected: exits, claims and refunds work as usual.
  • The platform lists and their reasons are public at samefirst.com/lists; if you think you were added by mistake, DM @samefirst_com on X.

Notes

  • If the issuer set a buy tax, it also applies to the round's collective buy and is borne by all subscribers pro rata, as on any market buy; the round page shows the rate.
  • After launch, the token trades normally on Flap's curve and then PancakeSwap. Prices go up and down.
